Terms of Service

• You must be an adult to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under it.
• Adult-tier features require a separate age confirmation and remain age gated.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.

• You keep ownership of the stories, characters, scripts, uploads and generated artwork in your projects.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that material so the service can work for you.
• You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, including any photograph or likeness used as a reference.
• We do not use your projects for marketing without your explicit written permission.

• Generated output depends on third-party models and is provided as is; results vary between runs.
• Failed generations are not charged. Successful generations consume the credits shown before you confirm.
• We may apply fair-use limits to protect service availability.

• You decide what to publish and to which audience tier.
• Published work must comply with the Acceptable Use and Content & Likeness policies.
• We may restrict material that breaches those policies or the law, and will tell you why where we can.

• We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes.
• We may suspend accounts that pose a legal, safety or security risk.
• You can close your account at any time; export your work first, since deletion is irreversible.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (free zone establishment). Questions: legal@steemy.com.
