• Uploads: reference photographs and images you supply, including likeness references.
• Usage data: generation job history, credit usage, errors and audit records of changes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and error logs.

• To run the studio: storing your projects, generating artwork and compiling episodes.
• To authenticate you and protect adult-tier material behind age gating.
• To meter credits, bill correctly and avoid charging failed generations.
• To keep the platform safe, investigate abuse and comply with legal duties.

• Infrastructure providers that host the application, database and file storage.
• AI model providers that process the specific prompt or reference you submit, on a no-training basis.
• Payment and email providers where relevant to your plan and notifications.
• Authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell personal data and we do not train public models on your work.

• Project material is kept while your account is active and removed within 60 days of deletion, subject to legal retention needs.
• Generation audit records are retained so failures and costs stay explainable.
• Encrypted backups age out on their normal rotation cycle.
